Side note this is a well intention but it will hurt Affiliate Marketers, keep this in mind  Marketing Advertizing was down 18%, Affiliate Marketing was up 1%.  Affiliate Marketers do not touch any money people are spending on the internet.  If this counsel decides to tax outstate merchants sales here in Georgia.  This is called a Nexus Affiliate tax, which if put in place will affect the income of people, people paying income tax.
